Planning permission: Full planning permission for a low carbon eco friendly single storey two bed dwelling. The basic form of construction is in timber frame using FSC certified timber from a sustainable source much of the construction work to be executed away from the site to cause minimal local disruption; the specification of insulation to be provided to the walls both external and internal as well as ceilings and roof would well exceed current building regulation requirements. The dwelling would be clad in a “green living façade” this elevation being achieved by using a Hypotonic vertical planting system with a Sedum roof. The design is such that it would blend in with the existing natural landscape and have a minimal impact to the immediate locality

Services: Electricity to be supplied is proposed to be on a Green Tariff. Provision will be made to incorporate Geothermal or Solar Power water heating. Mains water and drainage available
